Stage Fear!!!

"His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy
There's vomit on his sweater already,
mom's spaghettiHe's nervous, but on the surface he looks calm and ready
To drop bombs, but he keeps on forgettinWhat he wrote down, the whole crowd goes so loud
He opens his mouth, but the words won't come out
He's choking, how everybody's joking nowThe clock's run out,
time's up over, bloah!"
Replace all the "Him's" and "He's" with "her's" and that would be me before, any stage performance or an interview.Anyone who is Anyone gets the jitters before going on stage, but for me Its almost like a whole crowd is chanting inside my head as to how miserably I shall fail and why I will not be able to get anywhere in life and there is an echo of hollow shrill laughter as soon as I enter the stage. It is unnerving and disorienting.
I know I sing well ,but I have never ever been able to gather my guts into my rather tiny stomach and give a performance like it mattered.
But,I think the tide is turning ,What goes around always comes around .Unbelievable yet, true ,Among a rowdy batch of 300 people I managed to give a fairly good performance of "ZOmbie" by The Cranberries .For the first time,I knew I was going to get mobbed and people will mangle me to death anyways and the, there was no fear.
I had the best time of my life.It gave me a sense of achievement and an unbelievable high better than any trip on weedash .
I think I am on the college band.
Its called,"90% on the rocks"
Chilling in Hell
Peeved rite now.
