Most Exotic Food at an Exotic destination

As a person who loves her food more than any personal posessions, as a person who spends at least 1/5th her salary on food, As a person who dishes out 2000 Rs for a single meal, it is a very unfair question to get asked.
Every new taste that my taste bud experiences is unique and exotic to me and the magic of the food melting and fusing with my senses makes my surroundings magical and enchanting to me. It can be a crowded lane smelling of every human smell conceivable but the food and the mere experience of being there makes it stand out .
It could be Kaande pakode and garam chai on top of SInhagad. ANda Bhurjee outside the Pune station, Galouti kabab in an un named shop in an un named lane in Lucknow, Jigarthanda in Madurai, Pongal Vada at Ayyapans at Matunga, Sphagetti Carbonara @ Curlys in Goa, The Goan pork sausages @ Colva, Kokam Sharbat and Prawn Gassi in Mangalore, Fish Moili in Trivandrum, Chole Kulche and Lassi in Delhi, Garlic Naan @ Angeethi in Hyderabad, Khubani ka meetha, Mutton Biryani and Mirchi ka Salan @ Paradise and Almond house, Haleem @ Ramzan in Hyd.Pitla Bhakri@ Shaniwarpeth. I can just go on and on and on....
There is no one most exotic food. For me The food makes the place exotic.(Maybe I went a little overboard, but food does that to me).
