While raising kids/babies..
Technology/screen time is like that friendly drug dealer who says, "Bro I am there for you, just call me when you need your fix and I will deliver it home".
It is so irresistible to just switch on Babytv or some random app on android or youtube videos claiming sensory stimulus for babies, sometimes even a Star world just to keep your sanity while the baby bawls her lungs out or cribs and moans to quickly move her attention elsewhere.
But we all know only too well, that it bodes well for the adults to say "No" to the friendly drug dealer /other visual stimulus for babies.
However, maybe it is ok to indulge once in a while. ?? ;)
